When you purchase tickets through our website, we ask you for some personally identifiable information. We use this information to process your booking and create your tickets and to notify you of the status of your admission tickets by email. We will only send you an e-mail in the following case: Confirmation of your admission tickets/change or cancellation: After you have purchased tickets you will receive a confirmation email with all information about your admission tickets.
BOOKING OF GROUP VISITS
The data processed by the Bizarium Museum are the personal data that you enter yourself on the booking form, such as your name/group name, address details, telephone number and e-mail address. When you want to make a booking/reservation through our website, we ask you for some personally identifiable data. We use this information to process and make your booking and to inform you of the status of your booking by e-mail. We will only send you an e-mail in the following case: To confirm your booking/change or cancel: After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your booking. We use camera surveillance for security purposes. The images from this camera surveillance are kept for a maximum of four weeks and are not shared with third parties, unless the data is necessary in the context of an investigation by the police or other authorities.
